Felipe in your shop and in your numbers, then a findings call. $1,000 starts it and comes off the price.
The Operator Seat
$2,500 a month
Felipe in your operations seat, week by week. Month to month, 30 days notice, set after your Walkthrough.
How it works, in five steps
- $1,000 starts it. It books your time and comes off the price.
- We do the work. Felipe in the shop and in the numbers.
- The findings call. 45 to 60 minutes. Nothing is sent before it.
- The yes or the no, on that call. Yes, you square off the balance. No, and we ask where it misses.
- The plan call. 60 to 90 minutes, a few days later, and the first steps start on the call.
Our guarantee
$1,000 starts it. We do the work, then walk you through what we found and where we will take you. If that is where you want to go, you square off the balance on that call and we move forward with the full action plan immediately. If not, tell us where it misses. If we cannot close that gap, the $1,000 comes back, no strings.
